I had an unforgettable experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. There was no issue with cleanliness, the hotel facilities were in excellent condition, and the breakfasts were delicious. Additionally, the location was within walking distance to several restaurants and tourist spots.
There was nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

The hotel's central location is ideal for exploring the city center on foot. the rooms are well-appointed, especially the Capuchina room, and feature modern amenities.
The front gate can be slow to open and the staff seem slow to respond to guest requests.

We really enjoyed staying at this luxury hotel! The location was perfect for exploring the city center, and the rooms were incredibly comfortable. The room was cozy and decorated nicely. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of natural light. , the hotel was in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
The breakfast was subpar and the staff wasn't always attentive. One morning, there wasn't any breakfast served at all because we slept in a bit.
